Randal W. Habeeb has over three decades of experience litigating complex matters on behalf of companies and individuals in state and federal courts in New York and Jersey. He has won numerous victories for clients, successfully litigating in bench and jury trials, before appellate courts, arbitration panels, and administrative board hearings. Mr. Habeeb has also amassed significant experience in reaching successful outcomes for clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and has acted as an arbitrator in various forums. He has represented clients in numerous published opinions including, most notably, Pfeuffer v. Sculco and the Building Inspector of Cliffside Park, L. Pucillo & Sons, Inc. v. Township of Belleville and Dominick Pucillo Disposal, Inc. and Savage-Keough v. Keough.
Mr. Habeeb concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, matrimonial/family law and transactional law. Mr. Habeeb started his career in 1982 as a litigation associate with Winne Banta & Rizzi in Hackensack, New Jersey. In 1994 he and Robert J. Pless formed the Hackensack, New Jersey firm of Pless & Habeeb, LLP where Mr. Habeeb oversaw litigation matters for a wide range of clients. Mr. Habeeb is serving as “Of Counsel” to complement and support Holden Legal Group, LLC on transactional and litigation matters in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Habeeb is licensed in both New York and New Jersey.
